Vietnamese New Year 2021 celebrated virtually in Canada, with Minister Mary Ng and Mayor John Tory providing remarks

Ottawa, January 30, 2021 – The Vietnamese Embassy in Canada in cooperation with the Canadian Vietnam Society on January 30, 2021 held the online event “Vietnam New Year: A resilient and strong community”. The virtual event was attended by a large number of Vietnamese Canadians, local authorities and residents. Ambassador Pham Cao Phong, Minister of Small Businesses, Export Promotion and Trade Mary Ng and Toronto Mayor John Tory provided remarks at the event.
